We don’t have an app or offer a tracking service. We feel that, with exercise and physical activity being so important for mental health and general wellbeing, virtual challenges should be inclusive and available to everyone and with that in mind, we have chosen to keep our challenges simple and therefore affordable.
Most tracking apps, Strava etc will show you your monthly, yearly totals and you simply need to send us a screenshot of this when you have completed your challenge.
